featured software
The Timeware Software Invoicing package aims to fulfil your debtors
software needs; from inserting the invoice details and printing
the invoices, recording receipts either directly or using our receipts
system through to statements, reminders, notes and correspondence.
A history of all actions performed is recorded for each invoice
and all reports or data transfer routines are recorded in a separate
history log.
Regular Invoices can be recorded so that you enter the details
once (for example accommodation charges) then each week, month,
quarter, or indeed any period you identify the invoice will be created
automatically.
When the invoice is paid or part-paid the cash allocation against
the original invoice details can be made either automatically or
manually.
A full range of reports is provided including validation reports,
invoice printing, audit trails, outstanding debtors reports, statements
and accounts codes analysis. Each report can be selected using user-defined
selection ranges and sorted and subtotalled in a variety of ways.
The software provides a system that is easy to use, quick to learn,
yet offers sophisticated and powerful features. Comprehensive, context
sensitive on-line help assists you throughout the system.
On-screen tutorials
To help you use the system immediately we have included full on-screen
audio-visual tutorials. These will provide you with videos and a
complete running commentary on how to use the system. In addition
we have also included on the CD the full manuals in word 97 format
