From single units to multi-site organisations the Asset Register software will handle all assets and their associated transactions. Transaction numbers are limited only by the size of your hard disk.

Automatic Depreciation, Indexation and Revaluation

The depreciation, indexation and revaluation can be run for an individual asset, a user specified range of assets or all assets. Each time the automatic routines are run they create the anticipated transactions based upon the rules defined within the system.
The initial rules are provided with the system but they are completely under the users control. This enables you to create customised rules for any transactions, indexation depreciation, revaluation, charges, etc, allowing you to create not only transactions but also to define which values are updated for each asset. The power, flexibility and simplicity of this rules based approach can only really be appreciated by seeing it in action.

Sophisticated Reporting

To monitor and balance your system we have provided a sophisticated reporting system with a consistent user interface for every report selection. You will be able to produce detailed and summarised asset lists, transaction audit trails, anticipated transactions to be posted to your ledger, indeed if the data is recorded we can produce it in a report or export it to a file with a variety of selection options, sort orders and subtotals. Reports can be previewed on screen or printed immediately to your printer. In addition every report produced creates an entry in a log file so that you automatically record the exact selection criteria and sort order to eliminate queries or analyse operator performance. With our unique licencing system, if a report your require is not available, if it should be included within the standard system then we will write it for you without charge.

Work In Progress

To supplement the main asset register we have also included a Work in Progress module, allowing the user to identify work in progress projects, allocate annual and project budgets, monitor expenditure and on completion of the project, automatically create an asset from the project details.

User-defined Codes and Tables

All Directorate Codes, Hospital codes, Department codes, Income and Expenditure codes, etc. can be inserted by the user allowing you total freedom to define how your system functions.

User Names

User Name security allows you to configure user names and identify exactly which options each user can access. User names, dates and times are recorded against all transactions, all reports produced and operations performed are recorded in a log file allowing you to both control and identify all users activity.

Euro Compliance

All new systems being released by Timeware Software are automatically euro compliant. Each entry recorded in sterling will automatically record the euro equivalent value.

To help you use the system immediately, we have included full on-screen audio-visual tutorials. These will provide you with videos and a complete running commentary on how to use the system. In addition we have also included on the CD the full manuals in Word format.
