On-Line Appointments

The On Line appointment system allows you to have a 24 hour receptionist. Your clients can register themselves and book their own appointments.

Email notifications are sent and optionally text reminders.

Clients can select the time that suits them without bothering you until the actual appointment. Payments can be made in advance ensuring that even if an appointment is canecelled you don't lose out.

You will be able to clearly see you appointment schedule on a daily basis, even accessing it from your PDA or Blackberry.

The system can be configured to your own schedule of appointments and any appointment length. Your clients will only be able to book slots in which you are available. An end to double-booking. When a client books an appointment they will identify the type of appointment the require and the system will automatically show the next appointment (on the day they require) with sufficient time available.
